Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Because of the increase in tax complications with UK and EU shipping, I am not taking orders outside the US in my BigCartel store.  Etsy is better equipped to handle international taxes so if you are outside the US, please visit my Etsy store.

How much do you charge for shipping and tax?

United states shipping will cost $5 per order and international shipping will vary depending on the country. If you are within in the U.S., your state’s tax rate will also be added to the cost of the item. 

What payment processing do you use?

Currently I accept payments via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.  Just click on “Pay with Credit or Debit card” and this will allow you to use PayPal as a guest. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

I typically ship packages 1-3 days from the time of our order.  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is your return policy?

I will accept returns within 30 days if you change your mind about your purchase.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges on returns.  I will refund the cost of the item once I receive the returned item in its original condition.

I put a lot of thought and time into my packaging and your item arriving safely is very important to me.  I will replace or refund any item that is damaged in the mail due to the package materials failing.  If your item is damaged because of the postal system, I will work with you to give you a partial refund or replacement. Just send me an e-mail with a photo of the damaged item.

How do I place an order that is a gift to a friend?

To make an order that is a gift, place the order using your own name, e-mail address, and address.  In the section that says “Notes or instructions (optional)” send me a note that tells me that this is a gift, enter your friend’s name and address, and any gift message you would like me to write to your friend (like “Happy Birthday my love” or “Merry Christmas Sara!”).  Plaques are already wrapped in black tissue paper, so they make perfect gifts!
